Contract
The buyer hereby agrees to purchase the puppy ______________________
from the litter by R and B Bulldogges out of
___________________________ and _______________________ born on
the date of ________________________ for the price of
_____________________.
The seller agrees to furnish the buyer with the necessary health information
including all shot and worming records. The IOEBA registration will be
executed at the time of puppies purchase. The buyer understands that this
puppy will be eligible for permanent registration with the IOEBA, and has
been fully informed on how to go about the IOEBA registration process to
register the puppy.
The puppy named above has been raised and socialized to the best of the
breeder’s abilities to maximize the temperament and personality of the
puppy. The buyer/buyers understand and agree that further instruction,
classes, and efforts must be made to ensure the continued development of
proper behavior and socialization skills of said puppy. Should the
buyer/buyers decide at any time after the puppy is purchased to cease
ownership of said puppy, the dog will be returned to the breeder at the owner’
s expense to be placed as the breeder determines to be the best placement
for said puppy/dog. At all times the health and welfare of the dog will be
considered of the utmost importance. The buyer/buyers understand that they
may not dispose of puppy/dog by sale, deed of gift, or lease without the
agreement of the seller/breeder.
Deposit and payments
Our deposit to hold the puppy of your choosing is 300.00 the rest of the owed
amount for said puppy is due and payable at the time the puppy is ready to
go home. We prefer deposits to be in cash, postal money order first and
cashiers checks… deposits made by personal checks will be considered final
once the check has cleared and the funds available to us. Puppies are
chosen and held on a first come (deposit received) first chosen basis. Cash
and or postal money orders are the only accepted method of final payment.
Puppies will be sold as pet quality only unless specifically agreed upon
upfront between the buyer/buyers and the seller. In the case the puppy is sold
as a pet quality puppy, then the puppy MUST BE SPAYED/NEUTERED
within the first 5 months, the buyer/buyers will then receive the registration
papers when proof of the spay/neuter is provided to the seller, (copy of the
vet record or a vet statement).FAILURE TO DO THIS WILL RESULT IN
BUYER RETURNING THE PUPPY TO THE SELLER,WITH BUYER/BUYERS
WILL PAY ALL COSTS(SMALL CLAIMS COURT,TRANSPORTATION,
REHOMING,ETC INCURRED BY THE SELLER TO RETRIEVE THE PUPPY.

*(Breeding Rights are only given in special instances and will be written in as
an addendum at the end of this contract to be signed by all parties involved
and certain stipulations and conditions must be followed and met.) If
breeding rights are granted R and b Bulldogges cannot guarantee a
breeding or show quality animal due to the physical and health changes that
can occur as the puppies age and develops into adulthood

Final payment on said puppy is due and payable at the time the puppy
attains 8 weeks of age and is ready for his new home. We accept cash or
postal money orders in person at delivery of puppy and postal money orders,
paypal with a 3 percent surcharge added to cover the paypal fee if puppy is
shipped and the shipping charge will need to be paid at this time also.
Personal checks are not accepted for final payment of the puppy or delivery
charge.
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS
If something should happen to your chosen puppy if another is not available
from the current litter of puppies we will transfer the deposit to our next litter
available. If you change your mind, or decide you do not want the puppy
you forfeit the deposit and the puppy will again be placed up for sale.
*** All shipping costs will be borne by the buyer/buyers this includes but is not
limited to the health certificate, crate, and actual shipping costs. All
shipping costs must be paid in full along with remaining balance owed on
puppy at least 5 days prior to shipping by an accepted payment method.
Buyer / Buyers will pick up arrange for delivery, or shipping of puppy at the
time the puppy has reached the age of 8 weeks, otherwise there is an
applicable boarding fee of at least 50.00 per week plus expenses unless
agreed and noted by the seller in writing. Two weeks (2) or more with no
attempt made to pick up the puppy or arrange for delivery and the
buyer/buyers forfeit the puppy and all payments/deposits on the puppy unless

The animal is guaranteed as stated below.
To be in good physical condition in the first 72 hours after the time of
delivery to the buyer/buyers. The buyer/buyers agree to have the puppy
examined by a veterinarian within 72 hours of the puppies delivery time. If
the veterinarian finds the puppy to have a serious physical condition other
than a bacterial infection such as Giardia or Coccidia which are easily
treatable, the seller will replace said puppy with a puppy of comparable
quality either from the current litter or the next upcoming litter, after the
puppy is returned to seller. NO MONIES WILL BE REFUNDED. The seller
reserves the right to obtain a second opinion from another veterinarian at the
seller’s expense. If the puppy is not examined by a veterinarian within the 72
hour time frame after delivery, all guarantees are no longer valid. The
buyer/buyers are required to supply a copy of the veterinarians health report
within 7 days of the visit for the guarantees to be valid.
The puppies are guaranteed to be free of any genetic/hereditary defect that
causes death or serious impairment of vital function until said puppy is one
(1) year of age. If such and inheritable defect is documented by a
veterinarian and presented to the seller with sufficient supporting evidence
the buyer/buyers will be entitled to a replacement puppy of comparable
quality, when available from the same or upcoming litter, once the puppy is
returned to the seller. Seller reserves the right to a second opinion by the
seller’s veterinarian. All shipping will be done at buyer/buyers expense. The
guarantee will remain valid as long as the puppy/dog gets all of it’s
vaccinations on time and has all vet visit’s documentation. Due to a
numerous variety of causes including but not limited to environment, stress,
nutrition and chemical exposure skin conditions are not covered in the
guarantee.
Puppies will have received __________ vaccinations, depending on age ,
and be wormed _________ times. No replacement will be given in cases of
Parvo.
Seller assumes no liability in the event of any accident involved with you
dog including but not limited to dog bites or personal/property damage.
Seller suggest proper socialization, handling and training be given to benefit
the dog, owner and general public.
The buyer/buyers agree to
1 Use the sires name Romeo or Romeo’s as the prefix to all puppies
registered names.
2 In the event the dog is later sold, or transferred from the buyer/buyers
possession for whatever reasons, the seller has absolute right of first refusal to
repurchase the dog for an amount not to exceed the original purchase price
of said animal.
3 Maintain up to date vaccinations, worming, heartworm preventatives and
medical treatments. etc
To keep the puppy/dog in humane conditions at all times providing proper
food water and shelter.
4 NO CROPPING OF THE EARS, NO GUARD OR ATTACK TRAINING.
5 NO keeping the puppy/dog on a chain or tie down
Failure to comply with the contract requirements/responsibilities or in any
way neglect the physical or mental well being of said puppy/dog can and
will result in the repossession of said animal either by agreement or writ of
possession by seller without civil recourse by the buyer/buyers ____________

agreement that exists between the parties for the sale of this puppy/dog. Any
agreements made prior to this are considered incorporated herein and any
modifications made to this agreement shall be made in writing or such shall
not be effective.
